I watch fashion as a record of discipline and intent, not spectacle. I don’t catalogue every tacky, micro-fashion trend. I focus on inspiring, deliberately curated outfits, as well as the importance of quality over quantity. At the same time, another major interest of mine lies in cuisine. I hold the belief that both are an art in their own ways, both being reflections of someone’s hard work and experiences, poured into either a dress or maybe a dish. Yves Saint Laurent said it best, “Fashions fade, style is eternal.” This can apply to delicious food as well. I like to think of it something like this: “Foods come and go; the memories you’ve made stick with you everlastingly.”

Remaining unnamed allows me to focus the attention on the true topic of this blog, the garments and plates themselves. Many people overlook the importance of your presentation. That statement applies to both fashion and food. Whether you are just an average person with minimal interest in fashion or someone obsessed with the intricacies and art of the mode, this page is for you. If you are just getting into food as well, join me here on my journey. I’m no expert either, just another person sharing my opinions on local eats! Here, I won’t equivocate on my opinions with each coming season, fashion show, or a hot new restaurant alike.

Yours truly,
